Challenge:
High Employee Services was looking for a way to differentiate their services, reach higher level decision-makers, and position themselves as a top-notch industrial staffing firm.
We set out to create an attention grabbing direct mail campaign that would appeal to senior level executives and promote the strategic value of staffing.
This campaign began with of a series of four mailings. Each mailing contains a brief cover letter, one of four Profit Drivers booklets and an offer with a business reply card.
After the direct mail, sales reps made scripted follow-up calls to invite prospects to receive High Employee Services new "Profit Drivers" newsletter (available monthly in both e-mail and paper versions).
