Focus of Georgia has been in business for over 20 years, but as an ever-evolving staffing and recruiting agency in Atlanta looking to compete with area firms, they recognized the need to update the design, copy and functionality of their website. Their new site at www.focusga.com shows their vision came to fruition.

The gorgeous and feature-rich website serves as an excellent example of how a staffing agency website should look and function. Playing off the stylized bright red O in the company logo as well as an atypical vision of the theme of ‘focus,‘ Haley’s team created a site worthy of the excellent service that Focus provides.

Working with Haley, the Focus team decided to take advantage of the attractive team bios add-on to the site to showcase their team. They also added Haley Marketing’s fullfeature job board, integrated with their MaxHire applicant tracking system software, as well as a blog section that will be regularly updated by Haley Marketing’s social media marketing team.

Users will be able to easily navigate the site through the ‘sticky’ top navigation bar that stays in place no matter where they are on the page, or through helpful sidebars on each page. Of particular note, the fully search engine optimized individual Specialties pages allow job seekers and clients to read about their specific professional areas (accounting & finance, administrative, call center and technology), rather than wading through cramped copy stuffed onto one page – increasing the chances they will contact the team at Focus.

Have a look at a new way to focus on making your website better with new features to engage visitors – and imagery and navigation that make them stay around and check out Focus of Georgia’s new site.
