While running his own concrete-cutting business, Derrick Hope recognized that employers were having a hard time finding reliable employees and employees were struggling to find work. With that, he founded Extreme Staffing in 2010. Since then, Extreme Staffing has been providing specialized staffing services to employers and job seekers throughout Utah and Idaho.
With 6 locations – and a shared database of 21,000 employees, Extreme Staffing employs an average of 3,000 people each week. They know the community is the driving force of what makes Extreme Staffing successful. Each branch manager is active in the local Chamber of Commerce – and Extreme employees are given time during the year to volunteer in the community.
