SEO Enhancements and Google for Jobs.

Improved job board sitemaps and Google for Jobs structured data markup make it easier for search engines to index postings and ensure clients’ jobs are fully indexable within Google for Jobs.

More ATS Integrations.

The Haley Marketing Job Board now integrates with 25 ATS platforms; new integrations include HealthcareSource’s Contingent Talent Management solution (formerly TSS), Avionte Aero, eRecruit, iCIMS and TempWorks API.

More FREE job distribution.

Haley Marketing provides XML job feeds to Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Careerjet and Simply Hired, as well as smaller and niche job boards, to increase organic job distribution.

New Apply Options.

In addition to one-click apply via Indeed, the job board now offers mobile options for busy job seekers to apply directly via Monster and sign up with Facebook and LinkedIn. Simplifying the apply process means more completed job applications. Additionally, iOS users can now upload a .pdf of their resume right from their phone.

ROI Dashboard.

Employers can now track the ROI of their recruiting efforts with an intuitive dashboard that provides key insights on candidate source, job views and clicks, cost per application and more.

More Chat Options.

New integrations include FlashRecruit (recruiter chat) & Olivia (ChatBot) to facilitate candidate intake and scheduling, properly route inquiries and make it easier for employers and job seekers to get the information they need, quickly.

GDPR.

Haley Marketing’s Job Board is now fully compliant with GDPR to protect clients and ensure people’s right to data privacy.

Advanced Category Management.

New features include prequalification and application forms that can be tailored for different job categories, as well as category mailings that allow clients to send featured jobs emails to candidates, based on the category of jobs to which they apply.

Improved Social Sharing.

Enhancements enable clients to post unique sharing images based on a position’s job category, so images accurately reflect the types of roles they represent.

Simplified Recruiter Bios.

Clients can now enter, maintain and manage recruiter profiles directly from within the MyHaley platform, making it easy to associate recruiters directly with their job postings.

Recruitics & Upward.net Integrations.

Recruitics provides software for programmatic ad buying, while Upward.net allows clients to sponsor jobs on a variety of job sites at wholesale prices.
