I’m very excited to return to SIA’s Healthcare Staffing Summit in Denver this year.
First and foremost – last year was fantastic. Getting to meet with our existing clients and several new healthcare staffing firms topped the list. The knowledge gained from the sessions was tremendous. In particular, the panel of healthcare talent that shed light on what they do and don’t want from a recruiter and firm gave invaluable insight to attendees. The travel nurses made it clear – the recruiter IS your brand! And their social networks get the word out lightning fast as to which recruiters can be trusted with their careers and their travel.
As the competition for talent continues to increase with record growth and demand in this vertical, the value of the Summit grows. This year Haley Marketing will send two speakers:
