Kevin Burr founded Barracuda Staffing in 2009 amid one of the biggest economic crises of our time. However, Kevin believed he could create a higher quality staffing agency to serve the Tulsa community. By providing a more careful, quality placement process resulting in lower turnover for clients and higher job satisfaction for contractors, Barracuda Staffing has grown to a full-service staffing company with two sister companies, Barracuda Consulting and Red River Payroll, serving clients and placing contractors nationwide.

Barracuda Staffing’s motto is, “Expect more. We do.” They reached out to Haley Marketing Group to build a new website that would fulfill that desire for going above and beyond the expected. More specifically, Barracuda wanted to create better conversion rates for candidates, attract more employers, and be branded as white and blue collar. To fulfill those requests, HMG incorporated into the site our job board, which has keyword and proximity-based searching, a mobile-optimized interface, and built-in social sharing, just to name a few features. To attract more employers, a section dedicated to that audience was added along with subsections about Barracuda Staffing’s specialties and resources. To brand them as white and blue collar, large images that represent both audiences were used throughout the site.
