Haley Marketing is thrilled to announce the hire of Tim Kutz as a Marketing Automation Specialist.
Tim graduated from Illinois State University in December of 2017 with a degree in marketing. Over the past several years he’s worked in multiple facets of digital marketing, with a real passion for marketing automation.
What drew Tim to Haley Marketing?
Tim says it was the ability to help staffing clients with automating their hiring processes to get more people into jobs across the country.
Now that he’s joined us as a Marketing Automation Specialist, Tim will optimize marketing automation for clients on platforms like Sense and Herefish through workflow building, content writing, training and strategic consulting. His job is to use research, industry best practices and technology to help our marketing automation clients continually improve the results of their campaigns.
CMO Jeff Staats is eager to get Tim working on our clients’ automations. “I’m excited for Tim to join the Haley Marketing team as we look to expand upon our ability to service clients with automation optimization,” said Staats. “Candidate engagement and digital transformation have been hot topics the last couple of years, as staffing firms are still learning how to derive value from their platforms. We’re happy to increase our capacity to assist them!”
Outside of work, Tim enjoys working out, playing video games, watching and betting on sports, and hanging out with his girlfriend and their two cats.
