We are extremely pleased to welcome Emma Bertleff to our team this summer.
Emma is a student at Ohio State University, where she studies statistics.
What will Emma be working on during her internship?
As a marketing intern with Haley Marketing, Emma will:
- Support our internal marketing team on a wide range of social media campaigns (including paid and organic) and marketing automation projects.
- Gain experience with meetings and business communication via email, phone and Zoom.
- Learn how a marketing agency runs its daily operations.
- Cross-train with other departments.
Why did Emma choose an internship with us?
According to Emma: “I chose this internship because I’ve taken an interest in marketing, and I think I can provide an interesting perspective coming from a background working with data and numbers. I’m grateful for this opportunity; this seems like a great company to work for, and I’m excited to get to know everyone better.”
Outside work, Emma spends her free time with friends and family. She enjoys boating on Lake Erie, traveling and attending music festivals.

When interviewed, Digital Marketing Strategist Amelia Foti (who is managing Emma’s internship) expressed how happy she is to have her join our team for the summer. “Emma will be working closely with our internal marketing team on various projects that include an analytical aspect due to her statistics major. She’ll be helping us measure and analyze social media and paid campaigns, and also develop new automation campaigns for prospects and clients. We are very excited to have her with us!”
