We’re thrilled to announce the hiring of Michelle Winter as Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator.
A graduate of Buffalo State, Michelle has a background in the non-profit professional business association and professional sports worlds. She is joining Team Haley after over nine years as the Director of Education Programs and Events at SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals). Prior to that, she worked for the New York Islanders.
What will Michelle do for Haley Marketing?
Michelle is stepping into the newly created Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator role to improve our Co-CEOs’ productivity so they can focus on strategic initiatives and better support our company. She will also be working with our internal marketing team to manage marketing tasks, coordinate conference planning and help us reach our growth goals.
Co-CEO Victoria Kenward is thrilled to have Michelle working by her side. “I’ve had the privilege of working with Michelle in my role as WNY Chapter President of Entrepreneurs’ Organization,” stated Victoria. “She has been our ‘person on the ground’ in EO Western NY for the last two years, working with me to ensure events are successful – and I’m really looking forward to putting her talents to use at Haley Marketing.” Michelle is equally excited to get started. “The timing was perfect for me to step into this role,” Michelle stated. “I was ready for a change and am so glad to be a part of the Haley Marketing team.”
A bit more about Michelle:
Michelle is a huge football and hockey fan and she enjoys live music. She has a 20-year-old daughter who’s studying to be a high school history teacher and a handsome cat named Leonard.
