White Staffing opened its doors in 2010 with the idea of being a different kind of staffing company. A CEO, VP of Operations and Global HR Director of manufacturing had a concept of building a staffing company outside the norm – one that focused on training and development. Since then, they have expanded rapidly – with four offices in Tennessee and Kentucky. As they grew, a new website was needed in order to best serve their candidates, employees and clients.
Working with Haley Marketing in Buffalo, New York, the new White Staffing recruitment website features a split homepage design – Employers/Job Seekers – making it easy for users to get to the information they need. A Haley Marketing job board incorporates featured jobs throughout the site – and is optimized for search engines – making it easy for candidates to find the jobs that they are looking for. Maintaining a blog with updated content adds to the interactive features of the site.
