Michelle Winter
Michelle Winter, a self-proclaimed “Organizer of All Things,” is a seasoned leader in event operations and logistics. With expertise in managing events of all types and sizes—both in-person and virtual—Michelle excels at guiding projects from concept to execution. She prides herself on being “jack of all trades” for any project, program or event. No event or program is too big or too small. Rolling up her sleeves is her superpower!
Before joining Haley Marketing, Michelle served as Director of Education Events and Programs at SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals), where she curated and managed global educational programs, summits, and conferences.
Earlier in her career, Michelle honed her event management skills in the professional sports world, working with the New York Islanders, Major League Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner, and the New York Mets.
A graduate of Buffalo State College and the Fashion Institute of Technology, Michelle can often be found at live music events or cheering on her beloved Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
