Paula started her successful career path in sales over 20 years ago with one of the largest Banks in the world. Attaining VP status there she was an ongoing annual member of the elite “Million Dollar Club”. Now with 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry Paula works with staffing and recruiting firms around the globe to find the most effective ways to differentiate, enhance sales productivity and drive revenue growth. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her family, is a huge Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan and enjoys relaxing with her two overly spoiled, but quite adorable Pomeranian’s.
