About Dan Mori:

In 2006 Dan quit his job in corporate America, and joined forces with Francis Freeman and Mike Lee in Employment Solutions of New York, Inc. The three soon recognized that one of the largest challenges facing businesses in the Southern Tier was a shortage of quality employees. It seemed that every hiring manager they spoke to struggled to find the top talent they desperately needed. With no experience in the industry, the Employment Solutions team set out to learn what it would take to build a successful staffing company. Since 2006, they have grown from one little office in Elmira, NY, to seven offices throughout the northeast and currently provide staffing and recruiting services in 23 states.
