TempStaff’s #IGotMyJobAtTempStaff campaign took the social media category and Overall Grand Prize for their revenue level. The objectives of the campaign included driving clients back to the website, and job seekers to our job board. They also wanted to grow their social media follower base and promote new hires and exceptional candidates with the hashtag #IGotMyJobAtTempStaff.
Through social media feeds, TempStaff shared a variety of content including:
- branded graphics promoting blog posts;
- information about hiring/recruiting top candidates;
- newly available positions;
- exceptional candidates who were placed through TempStaff;
- candidates who received stellar feedback from their positions; and
- testimonials from happily employed TempStaff candidates.
Their social media banner graphics were also redesigned to be consistent, bold, and make TempStaff more recognizable as “Mississippi’s Leading Staffing Firm since 1981.”

- social audiences have bloomed – 231% increase in Twitter followers, 20% increase in Facebook likes, and 6% increase in LinkedIn followers.
