Haley Marketing Group Announces Fully Automated and Branded Google for Jobs Integration

Williamsville, NY–Haley Marketing Group, the leading marketing company serving the staffing and recruiting industry, announced full integration and support of branded job postings on Google for Jobs. With over 60,000 active jobs for over 1,200 staffing firms across North America, the Haley Marketing Job Board solution is an integral part of recruiting qualified candidates for a large portion of the staffing industry in the U.S.

“While we have offered compliant job-schema markup and fully search-engine-optimized job postings on our clients’ unique URLs for over ten years, we have made several recent updates to ensure our job postings are automatically displayed on Google for Jobs,” said Victoria Kenward, Vice President and COO of Haley Marketing Group. “When Google entered the jobs space, it became apparent that this would become an effective way to help our clients with their recruiting efforts.

The Haley Marketing Job Board integrates with over 25 applicant tracking systems, allowing staffing companies to enter their job orders once in their ATS, automatically post the jobs to their website using their company URL, then have those jobs submitted to other job boards, job aggregators and Google for Jobs with no other manual intervention required. A candidate who is interested in a position can be prequalified and allowed to apply, with the application then entering directly back into most applicant tracking systems. This automation makes the job-fill process seamless and efficient for the candidate and recruiter alike.

Google is the largest search engine. It stands to reason that Google for Jobs will become the standard as more candidates see employment opportunities directly in their search results. For staffing companies, Google for Jobs not only becomes an excellent way to source qualified candidates who may not otherwise find their job posts, it also builds brand awareness.
