To make the site more candidate focused, Haley Marketing created a fly-in at the top of the home page with a call-to-action guiding job seekers to Nease’s list of jobs, built the first section of the site dedicated to people looking for jobs, and included multiple buttons throughout the site guiding candidates to search for positions. For a more efficient applicant flow, Haley Marketing implemented our career portal, proprietary software that helps attract top talent, manage candidate information, and fill job orders faster. To fulfill a professional and approachable look, Haley Marketing used imagery of Nease’s experts along with imagery that shows off their specialties.
