Haley Marekting is pleased to name Ryan Maher their new Senior Marketing Consultant and Sales Team Leader. As the organization grows and evolve its offerings, Maher will help staffing and recruiting firms solve complex business problems and lead their team of sales consultants, while continually pursuing the organization’s shared mission to make world-class marketing easy and affordable.
With a passion for the sales process and more than 25 years of sales enablement experience, Maher climbed the corporate ladder at a Fortune 100 tech firm, served as VP of Sales for a digital marketing company, and won Dale Carnegie’s Highest Award of Achievement before bringing his talents to Haley Marketing. As a Marketing Consultant with the firm, Maher has spent the last decade consulting with staffing clients and prospects on marketing strategy, and then developing clear, creative solutions to help them achieve their goals.
In his new role as Senior Marketing Consultant and Sales Team Leader, Maher will continue consulting while also serving as sales manager for his team – training new marketing consultants, achieving revenue goals, and improving his consultants’ ability to understand and solve clients’ complex business challenges. “I’m excited to ‘pay it forward’ for all the mentoring and support I’ve received since I’ve joined this team,” said Maher. “As the landscape continues to evolve in complexity, we need the right communication to provide context without overwhelming our busy clients. The better we get at making it easy for them, the better the entire experience is for client and consultant alike!”
According to Co-CEO David Searns, “Ryan has been with Haley Marketing for 10 years as a Marketing Consultant. He has a real passion for sales leadership (and a lot of experience in this area prior to Haley Marketing), and we’re really excited to have him take the lead as we grow our team and capabilities with new international teammates and expanding integration of automation and other technologies into our sales processes.”
