Facebook Tests Real-Time Targeted Advertising

What’s better than being in the right place at the right time?  Well for marketers, it just may get a bit easier!

According to AdAge, Facebook is currently testing real-time targeted ads based on the conversations you are having that moment on Facebook.

As AdAge points out: “Users who update their status with ‘Mmm, I could go for some pizza tonight,’ could get an ad or a coupon from Domino’s, Papa John’s or Pizza Hut.”

For marketers it seems like a dream come true.  You can reach your target buyer at the exact time they are processing their buying decision.
