CBI Group was looking for a website that presented their unique, Outside-In®, approach to recruitment solutions and more importantly, their strong internal culture. To quote “At CBI Group, our people have a killer work ethic but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.”
Haley Marketing was tasked to present this message through the design of the site. The use of hand-drawn illustrations in place of stock photography, incorporated with CBI’s bright corporate colors gives a fun, off-beat look that immediately gives readers the understanding of CBI Group.
The homepage features conversation “bubbles” with pain points and problems that their clients face, as you rollover the bubble it turns to reveal the CBI Group service that provides that solution.
Already avid bloggers, their new site incorporates a WordPress blog that feature the branding of their CEO, Chris Burkhard as the Outside-In® Guy.
