Ford Personnel Gets a Website Makeover

Ford Personnel wished to update their older site that Haley had created for them. The owner, Ginny Ford, wished to emphasize her links to the Denver area with striking local imagery and her years of expertise in the legal staffing industry with the copy on the site. Navigation for clients and candidates of all skill levels was of utmost importance, as was the ubiquity of contact information. Knowing well that interviews can’t always take place during regular working hours, Ford makes Skype interviews prominently available to candidates who may already have jobs or whose lifestyles or distance make it difficult otherwise.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family where marketing was discussed over dinner every evening, it is only natural for Becca to bring her design talents home to Haley Marketing. Becca ensures the quality of Haley Marketing creative services. She also oversees the design and user experience for Haley Marketing products. Becca graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in New Media Design and an MBA. She jumped right out of school into a program called Remote Year. Spent the first four months as a freelance designer making ends meet to pay the bills and travel the world. Fast forward, she's successfully traveled and worked remote for nearly three years.
