Haley Marketing Group is getting ready for Staffing World 2018 in Washington, DC, and we hope you are too. Attending his first Staffing World event will be Matt Lozar, one of our expert Social Media Marketing Advisors.

Get to Know More About Matt

Matt is looking forward to several aspects of Staffing World. First, he is excited about, “Talking with attendees and hearing first-hand what’s taking place in recruitment,” he says. “I’m interested in hearing about pain points for staffing agencies and their candidates. I’m excited to chat with Staffing World attendees and learning what are the aspects of the job their candidates and employees really want.”

Matt is also thrilled to be speaking at this year’s Tech Park series, where he will be presenting “Quickly Collecting Candidate Applications Through Facebook,” at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

He expects to hear a lot of talk around the expo about this topic. “With low unemployment, we have to really focus the messaging of all aspects of recruitment marketing,” he says. “That means focusing on the factors active and passive candidates want to hear to make the best decisions possible.”

Though this will be Matt’s first trip to Staffing World, it will not be his first time in Washington, DC, and he his hoping time allows for monument and landmark sightseeing. However, he knows the schedule is packed (and even a bit overwhelming) and he can’t wait to hear the keynote speakers, attend roundtable discussions and participate in Tech Park.

Matt is, “Excited to take in the entire conference and learn as much as I can about the staffing industry while also connecting with attendees to network and learn how everyone can help each other. Our goal is to put people to work and everyone comes together for that!”
