Facebook provides two options to achieve both of those goals.
With the introduction of Facebook Jobs, any company can post their open jobs on Facebook and deliver applications straight to their recruiter’s inbox. Through a Facebook advertising tactic called Lead Generation, job candidates quickly complete a short form to share their interest in an open job.

What is Tech Park?
Introduced at Staffing World 2017, Tech Park is a platform focused on technology-related solutions for the staffing industry. Presentations take place in a park-like setting with stages, seating and refreshments. Each presentation is fast-paced, lasting 10 minutes.
To ensure all Staffing World Attendees can participate, Tech Park presentations will be broadcast via short-range FM radio transmitters to FM radio earbud receivers provided free to attendees, so they can select which presentation they want to listen to, from anywhere in the building.
