As our company continues to grow, so does our need to provide timely and robust customer support. That’s why we’re thrilled that Donna Caluag has joined our Success team as a Marketing Support Specialist.
Get to Know Donna:
Donna is the newest member of our ever-growing Philippines team. In her new role, she will answer tickets and questions from clients and internal team members (regarding websites, hosting, career portals/job boards, Talent Showcase, HaleyMail and more). Donna will also troubleshoot technical issues, and provide QC, proofing, project setup, and other support-level services to ensure we deliver the best product possible – along with a healthy supply of Shareworthy Service.
Director of Account Management Susan Wurst is thankful to have such a talented individual joining her team, and she’s eager to get Donna fully onboarded: “I am excited to welcome Donna to our team. Her nine years of technical support experience, combined with her passion for customer service, will make her an asset not only to our clients but to the Haley Marketing team.”

Donna is looking forward to sharing her positive attitude with the rest of Team Haley. Outside of work, she enjoys running because it makes her feel free, gives her energy, and keeps her mind healthy. She also likes baking and watching anime.
