As Haley Marketing grows, so does our need to provide timely and robust customer support. We’re thrilled that Lance Robinson has joined our Success team as a Marketing Success Specialist.
Get to Know Lance:
In his new role, Lance will answer tickets and questions from clients and internal team members (regarding websites, hosting, career portals/job boards, Talent Showcase, HaleyMail and more). Lance will also troubleshoot technical issues and provide QC, proofing, project setup, and other support-level services to ensure we deliver the best product possible – along with a healthy supply of Shareworthy Service.
As the team lead for our Success team, Recruiters Websites CEO Jeff Gipson is eager to get Lance fully onboarded and serving our clients: “I am excited to welcome Lance to the team. His diverse background in customer service, marketing, writing, and recruiting, coupled with a passion to help others, will make him an asset not only to our clients but to the Haley Marketing team.”

Originally from Grand Island, NY, Lance lives in Buffalo with his Malamute Husky, Xander. In his spare time, he likes to read, write, go to the gym, and walk his dog.
He also LOVES music – he says it’s everything to him.
Fun facts: Lance has driven across the country twice and witnessed three marriage proposals at Rockefeller Center over the years.
