We’re excited to announce the newest addition to the Haley Marketing family, Rachel Reed, joining us as our Senior Marketing Automation Specialist.
A writer turned marketer, Rachel brings an expansive knowledge of marketing, staffing, and automation to our team. She got her start in content marketing while serving at a restaurant. She served a burger to—and started a conversation with—a local agency owner looking for writers, thus beginning her career. Rachel graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Journalism, where she learned how to craft compelling content for large audiences. Throughout her career, she’s worked on projects ranging from writing product descriptions for furniture brands to implementing marketing automation systems for B2B clients.
After spending some time working in the staffing industry, Rachel quickly fell in love with the potential automation has for clients and candidates and the impact these campaigns ultimately have on putting more people to work. In her new role with Haley Marketing, Rachel will be partnering closely with CMO Jeff Staats to guide our clients through the intricacies of automation platforms including Sense, Bullhorn Automation, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and others.
How will Rachel contribute to Haley Marketing?
- Driving Client Success: Rachel will ensure our clients maximize the value of their partnership with Haley Marketing, managing clients’ marketing automation programs. She will focus on performing A/B testing, enhancing productivity, boosting conversion rates, improving program/campaign ROI, and fostering profitable growth for our clients.
- Enhancing Client Adoption of Automation: She’s tasked with creating and analyzing reports on campaign performance, continuously offering recommendations for improvement to improve ROI.
- Elevating Our Automation Efforts: Rachel will not only manage but improve our staffing client marketing automation processes. She’s committed to staying ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- Being the Go-To Automation Expert: As a subject matter expert in automation for HMG Sales, Rachel will help educate clients about the potential and power of automation in their marketing strategies.
