Build out dental staffing content on the client’s website by adding SEO-optimized pages and blog articles.  

The Results 

293% increase in organic search traffic, 815.5% increase in Google keyword volume, and a 4500% increase in clicks per day. 

Client Background and Challenge

The AGA Group provides dental and medical staffing to the Kansas City Metro Area and nearby areas in Kansas and Missouri. Despite being the preferred staffing firm for UMKC School of Dentistry, which gives them access to great talent, and having extensive dental industry knowledge, they weren't seeing website traffic commensurate with their dental staffing expertise. 

The AGA Group partnered with Haley Marketing in February of 2022, seeking to differentiate their business, establish The AGA Group as the dental staffing experts in their area, and gain traction for the dental side of their business. 

They challenged the Haley Marketing SEO team to create a strategy to increase recognition (and attention!) from potential dental clients and candidates. 

The Goal: Increase organic search traffic, keyword volume, and CLICKS, and, of course, improve their rankings on Google. 

The Solution

Our team identified that The AGA Group had a split of dental and medical content on their website, which did not reflect their primarily dental business focus. To increase visibility for their dental staffing services, we created a comprehensive yet targeted keyword strategy focused on building content specific to dental staffing.  

We left the medical content in place but added: 

  • Dental keywords throughout the site. 
  • Specialty pages for their dental staffing services. 
  • Dental jobs pages. 
  • Long-form blog articles related to dental staffing. 
  • Location pages specific to their service areas. 

The Results

Since February of 2022: 

  • Traffic from Missouri is up 409%. 
  • Traffic from Kansas is up 434%. 
  • Keyword volume is up 815.5% (going from 103 to 943 keywords on Google). 

 

In the last twelve months, organic impressions on Google have gone from averaging 500 a day to around 1,200 a day, and clicks have gone from averaging three a day to around 45 a day (a 4500% increase!!!). 

 

Organic search traffic is up 293% since January of 2023, proving that job seekers and potential clients are seeing The AGA Group as an authority in dental staffing services in the Kansas City Metro Area—and engaging with their content.
