EGW Personnel was faced with an interesting challenge. Their previous website developer had unfortunately gone out of business–and their website subsequently disappeared without warning. While this wasn’t ideal, it presented EGW Personnel with the chance to refocus and strengthen their online presence. The new website provides a very open and contemporary feel. The navigation was streamlined to address their two key audiences: Companies looking for “Good People” and people looking for “Good Jobs”. The new website also features Haley Marketing’s Job Board which allows candidates to easily search through open positions by a number of categories and apply online to specific job openings.
