Coming to Staffing World in Chicago this Year? Haley Marketing Group is looking forward to another great year of talking to clients, attending breakout sessions and maybe having a little fun.
Don’t forget to stop by our booth to meet the team, and please attend How Not to Sell Staffing, presented by David Searns and Brad Smith.
Why not start by getting to know the team a little better before the big day?
David Searns, CEO
David is a veteran attendee (and presenter) of many years of Staffing World conferences. “Too many to list!” David says. He expects this year’s big topics to be talent shortages and the big recruiting challenges they bring. Attendees will be talking about what’s happening with Google Jobs, the economy, politics and how the staffing industry can leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR).
He is looking forward to seeing our clients and “hearing more about what is really going on on the front lines of the industry.” David intends to cram in as many of the educational sessions as he can. “Even after 21 years in the industry, I always learn new things at Staffing World!”
David looks forward to talking to clients about how to market more strategically. “Our industry is filled with marketing tactics,” he says, “but without the right strategy, you can waste a lot of money chasing tactics.”
He’s been to Chicago before and can’t wait to get back to Giordano’s for pizza. David wants to remind Haley Marketing clients to stop by for some special “swag” we have just for you.
David’s Staffing World veteran advice:
- Go to as many sessions as you can with a goal to get ONE take home from each.
- Plan meetings in advance.
- Take advantage of the expo hall to gather info – the vendors know a lot about solving specific issues in our industry!
