Haley Marketing Group is gearing up to attend Staffing World in Chicago this October. This will be Cathy’s first time and she is excited to attend. Keeping up with the Staffing Industry is a full-time job and this event promises to be a crash course on the issues that are closest to staffing firms;

Cathy Lanski, Copywriter
Cathy believes the buzz at Staffing World Chicago will be about anticipating and adapting to the changing face of hiring and how services are delivered, such as the gig economy and Artificial Intelligence (AI). There is a lot of innovation out there and she thinks staffing firms that stay ahead of the game will be the ones that survive and thrive.
She also sees that uncertainty regarding healthcare and the economy is a major source of stress for staffing firms and employers, as is managing risk and reputation.
“This is my first Staffing World,” said Cathy. “I’m excited about meeting some clients in person to talk about their challenges and goals. There is so much to be gained in one-on-one conversations. I’m also looking forward to hitting some of the sessions that are offered. There are so many that look interesting.”
Her passion is clear, concise communication that tells a story. She wants to talk to attendees about how to take their experience, history and expertise and drill down to a clear, compelling “This is what we do, why we do it and what we can do for you” message.
This is Cathy’s first Staffing World and first trip to Chicago. She’d love to see Sue the Tyrannosaurus Rex at the Field Museum, if time allows.
