Staffing World is back and being held in person this year, and we couldn’t be more excited! We are looking forward to traveling to Colorado and interacting safely with so many of you who we haven’t seen in a long time – and those we haven’t been able to meet outside of Zoom.
Before we take off for Denver, we want to take a moment to introduce you to the Haley Marketing Group team members you will see if you are attending the conference.
Get To Know David Searns, Co-CEO of Haley Marketing Group
David is a staple of Staffing World as both an attendee and as a speaker and has been going to the conference for 25 years. Given his vast experience at the event, we asked him what advice he would give to people attending their very first Staffing World this year.
He says, “I would tell them to grill the vendors with questions. We work with lots of staffing companies and can provide great perspective about what others are doing that is and is not working.”
In addition to getting back into the swing of in-person events, David is looking forward to recording the Haley Marketing podcast, “Secrets of Staffing Success,” live from the venue. He is also interested in hearing about hot topics like effective recruiting in our current landscape, as well as automation. Hit David up at our booth if you are interested in those topics, or just chat him up about his beer-league hockey team that he loves almost as much as staffing!
If you are heading to Colorado early or staying a day or two post-conference to check out the area, David has been to Denver many, many times and he recommends enjoying the green space. “My Uncle is a greenway designer, and he designed many of the bike trails around the city. My daughter (the Haley in Haley Marketing) and I rode the South Platte River trail from Littleton to Denver and back earlier this summer with him. Amazing final stop at the Breckenridge Brewery…nothing better on a 95-degree day!”
