Get to Know Paula Zeisz, Senior Marketing Consultant
A 15-year veteran of the Haley Marketing team, Paula can’t wait to return to Denver for this year’s Staffing World Conference. She’s only been to the city once before and was in and out quickly, so she looks forward to seeing more of Denver this time around.
This year, Paula predicts that recruitment strategy and recruitment marketing will be a big topic of discussion, especially as it relates to the “new normal” now that we’re closing in on nearly two years of the pandemic. Remote work arrangements will also be a hot topic, Paula says.
We asked Paula what advice she would give to first-time Staffing World attendees. She gives the same advice she gives almost every year: be comfortable, because the days can stretch quite long! Paula also encourages any attendee, whether it’s their first time or their twentieth, to take advantage of as many awesome vendors and sessions as possible. There’s so much to learn, and you don’t want to miss out.
What is Paula most looking forward to at 2021’s Staffing World conference? Seeing everyone in person again. Zoom is getting too casual, Paula says, and she’s looking forward to connecting face-to-face.
When she’s not thinking about recruitment marketing, Paula likes cheering on her favorite Buffalo sports teams, cruising the open road, and advocating for animals. She can’t wait to see everyone in Denver!
