WILLIAMSVILLE, NY — Haley Marketing is pleased to announce that Director of Recruitment Marketing Matt Lozar was recently appointed chair of the American Staffing Association’s social responsibility committee. ASA is the professional trade association of the $161 billion U.S. staffing and recruiting industry.
Lozar has been involved with social responsibility at ASA since 2019. In his new role as committee chair, he will work with ASA and its board of directors to spearhead programs and services that meet the social responsibility committee’s needs within the association. ASA’s social responsibility committee is composed of member volunteers who serve as a forum for the exchange of ideas among committee members in support of the association’s social responsibility goals and strategies.
As the Director of Recruitment Marketing, Lozar focuses on the four pillars of recruitment marketing – career sites, job advertising, social recruiting and employer branding. Lozar launched the job spend management division at Haley Marketing Group, leading the company’s partnership with Appcast. Through the usage of programmatic software, the division grew more than 200 percent in 2021.
Lozar has seven years of experience working directly with staffing agencies and recruiters by helping them meet business goals and overcome marketing challenges. During that time, he has worked with more than 100 organizations to find the right content and digital marketing solutions. He also concentrates on online advertising while helping staffing agencies with social media planning, content strategy, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
Since joining Haley Marketing, Lozar has appeared on more than 25 webinars across the industry while also talking at several industry conferences. He is a co-host on the Secrets of Staffing Success podcast, appearing on more than 80 episodes. Matt also holds a biweekly LinkedIn Live broadcast on Tuesdays at 11 am Eastern where he talks about recruitment marketing, content marketing, and job advertising.
