Welcome Juan Sosa, Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Haley Marketing is excited to welcome Juan Sosa to our Recruitment Marketing team as our newest Recruitment Marketing Specialist!
Juan joins us from the Dominican Republic and brings a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, HR operations, payroll administration, and People Ops. Over the first part of his career, Juan gained hands-on experience across a wide range of HR-related functions, supporting hiring, onboarding, candidate experience, and recruitment operations.
As his career grew, Juan found himself increasingly interested in the strategy and marketing side of recruiting. Joining Haley Marketing gives him the opportunity to take that next step — applying his recruiting and HR experience to help staffing and recruiting firms attract more candidates and improve their recruitment marketing results.
In his role as Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Juan will help develop and optimize creative recruitment marketing strategies for our clients. His firsthand experience in recruiting gives him a valuable understanding of the challenges our clients face and how smarter, more strategic marketing can help solve them.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, with some running mixed in “so he can feel like a disciplined person.” He’s also the go-to person in his circle for career advice — a role he has fully accepted as part of his personality.
