From the moment I met Pinterest, I knew that I’d met the one. The site that’s going to change how people use the internet and social media. And I fell in love.
Apparently I wasn’t the only one. According to a recent article on TechCrunch, Pinterest is the fastest growing web site OF ALL TIME! The site reached 10 million unique monthly U.S. visitors faster than any other site. Ever.

At first, Pinterest users seemed to consist of mostly stay-at-home moms and bridezillas, “pinning” recipe ideas and wedding dresses. But it has evolved quickly into one of the most easy-to-use content sharing tools available. Sure, it’s been great for retailers, but has the potential to be a huge traffic driver for business services like staffing.

I’ve pulled together some of my favorite articles about how and why you should be using Pinterest (below.) I’ve also created some staffing related “Pinboards” to give you some ideas about what kind of content staffing companies can share on Pinterest. Check them out here.

    1. We’re glad you found the staffing boards useful, Joan! We’re finding more and more staffing related content on Pinterest every day, so we’ll sharing it on our boards!

    1. You make a good point Will. Pinterest is certainly an image-driven platform and I’m sure that is a big part of why it’s become so popular so quickly. If you have a great picture it’s probably going to get some attention. It’s up to us as marketers to make sure that those images are linked to great textual content.
