There are a few options:
- Visit https://helpme.haleymarketing.com/. From there, click ‘Submit a request’ in the upper right.
- If you have an account with us, login to https://myhaley.haleymarketing.com/ and click on the green ‘Support Ticket’ icon on the dashboard.
- Contact us directly by sending an email to success@haleymarketing.com.
What should I say in my ticket?
We have all heard the phrase ‘less is more.’ With support tickets, not necessarily. If you have a question or need a change made to your website, the more information we have the better. That way, we can accurately understand your needs and provide advice and services to maximize your time.
