Most staffing websites built on WordPress in the last few years include the option of including a “fly-in” — a call-to-action that flies in or pops up when the website is opened. Visitors to the site can click on the CTA to take the action described or click an x in the corner to quickly dismiss. 

The most common call-to-action copy you will see is along the lines of:

We’re hiring in Buffalo!

Apply Now!

Clicking on “Apply Now!”  will navigate to the job board.
