Employers are already struggling to recruit a sluggish workforce, and it might get even more difficult as we head into the holiday season. Letting your audience know you’re hiring isn’t always enough when everyone else is hiring, too. Froese recommends creating a short video highlighting a hot job or a top recruiter to catch job seekers’ attention.
As for images, “Landscapes, babies, and food perform best,” Froese says. It’s back-to-school time, and many clients are trying to be proactive about hiring seasonal help. Consider a cute kitten decked out in holiday garb and brandishing a “Now Hiring!” banner to make job seekers pause long enough to read your message.
